Alopecia refers to a condition in which there is no hair in an area where hair should normally grow due to various causes.
It is classified into male pattern alopecia, female pattern alopecia,
and alopecia areata according to causes and symptoms.
It usually shows abnormal hair growth stages (anagen, catagen and telogen).
